Mr. Watson has 37 years of experience as an award-winning construction professional, working with all aspects of program and project management. He served for 20 years a commissioned officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, where he held such varied positions as a combat engineer commander, a nuclear weapons officer and an assistant area engineer responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars of construction. He is the recipient of 4 Army Commendation medals and the Meritorious Service Medal as well as numerous project-related awards. He was more recently honored as the Most Outstanding Owner by the Associated General Contractors for his work in New England on projects worth over $1 billion.
